Stevermer Folds Out Opponents

Level 2 : 100/200, 0 ante
Dennis Stevermer
Dennis Stevermer

Kou Vang opened the action with a raise to 500 from under the gun and was called by Joseph Beasy, who was in the hijack. Action folded around to Dennis Stevermer, who was in the big blind and three-bet to 1,600. Vang thought for a few moments and called to put action on Beasy, who quickly called behind.

The flop came {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} and action checked to Beasy, who threw out a bet of 1,000. Stevermer called and Vang went into the tank for about a half-minute before sending his cards to the muck.

Action proceeded heads up to the turn {5-Spades} and both players checked, bringing the river {4-Spades}. Stevermer fired out 2,000 and Beasy quickly folded.
