Hill Climbs
Gregory Fishberg raised to 325 from middle position, then David Hill reraised to 1,100 from a seat over. It folded back to Fishberg who quickly called the reraise, and the pair watched the board come . Fishberg checked, Hill bet 1,100, and Fishberg again didn't hesitate before calling.
The turn brought the and checks from both. Then when the fell on the river, Fishberg fired 1,600. Hill waited a beat, then called, and Fishberg instantly mucked his cards.
Hill then slid his cards face downward toward the dealer as the chips were slid his way, at which point Fishberg inquired whether or not Hill had to show. While that is the case in other venues, here the winner actually does not have to show when his or her opponent mucks beforehand.
