As a result, decisions are taking longer, and players are dwelling up as if on the final question of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. One player who isn't slowing down, however, is Jen Mason, the Hampsteadian raising and reraising like it's going out of fashion.
I do seem to be a curse, though, as when I'm watching she normally loses a pot, albeit a small one. In her last encounter, she raised to 7,500 from middle position, only to be called by the under-gun-limper. On the flop, Jen continuation bet for 12,000, leading to her foe check-raising to 27,000. After a resigned smile and internal sigh, Mason released her hand.
But this was only a minor hit, however, as she still has her head above the 100,000 mark, although has lost a little pace over the last couple of levels.
