It may still be March 10th here in the States, but it's the 11th over in Australia. That just happens to be the birthday of one Joe Hachem, and the staff here at The Bike have just delivered a very nice birthday cake to Hachem tableside. The table and spectators joined in a chorus of "Happy Birthday," and Hachem blew out the candles.
"Can you guess what I wished for?" he asked with a smirk.
