Kershaw Snaps Off River Bluff from Piacquadio

Level 22 : Blinds 12,000/24,000, 24,000 ante
Andrew Kershaw
Andrew Kershaw

Andrew Kershaw opened the action with a raise to 40,000 from the hijack, and was called by Anthony Piacquadio in the cutoff, and the big blind Keith Crowder.

All three players checked after the 2910 flop.

The turn was the 5 and Crowder bet out 80,000, before Kershaw raised to 275,000. Piacquadio quickly called the raise, and Crowder folded to leave the players heads up.

After the 5 on the river, Kershaw checked to Piacquadio who announced all in, and Kershaw immediately snap called for his last 359,000.

Piacquadio was visibly frustrated and slammed QJ on the table for jack high and a missed straight draw. Kershaw then tabled the winner with JJ to take the pot with his pair of jacks.
