Moorman Takes From Fritz, Grafton Provides Table-Side Commentary
Level 7
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
"A long time ago, when you were young, these were some of the best players in the world," Sam Grafton, standing by the table, told Roysyn Rodrigues as Chris Moorman and Manuel Fritz went heads-up to the 6♦3♥8♠ flop.
Both players checked to the 6♥ turn and Moorman then led out for 4,000 in the big blind. Fritz called in the hijack and the J♣ fell on the river. Moorman then bet 13,000.
"He never had anything then, he never has anything now," Grafton, walking around to talk to James Carroll, said as Fritz considered the decision. He eventually called and Moorman turned over 10♠6♠ for trip sixes to win the pot.
"It's a God-given miracle. Chris Moorman, still getting it done," Grafton concluded.
