Vaysman Picks Off the Bluff to Double Up

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Sam Soverel opened the action with a raise to 2,000 from early position. He was called by Ernest Bush in middle position, Justin Vaysman in the small blind, and the big blind Valentyn Shabelnyk.

The flop came Q8J and the four players checked to the 5 on the turn. Vaysman then bet out 3,500, which was called by Shabelnyk, Soverel folded, and Bush called as well.

After the 2 on the river, Vaysman bet out 11,000. Shabelnyk folded, but Bush raised to put Vaysman all in for his stack of 28,900. Vaysman gave it a quick thought before tossing in the chips to call. Bush turned over AK for just ace high, and Vaysman tabled 109 to secure the double up with his flopped straight.
