Action folded around to Michael Hakami in the small blind, who raised to 1,200. Alan Gendelman then three-bet to 3,500 in the big blind and Hakami called.

The flop came 10♠8♦Q♦ and Hakami check-called a bet of 3,000 from Gendelman.

The 10♥ turn went check-check, bringing the 8♥ river. Hakami bet 6,000 and after a moment of thought, Gendelman flicked in the call.

Hakami turned over A♦J♠, while Gendelman tabled A♠4♠, resulting in a split pot.

Michael Kirsten raised to 1,200 under the gun and was only called by Kevin Solomon in middle position.

The flop came 6♣Q♠7♠and Kirsten bet out 1,200, which Solomon called.

After the 3♣ on the turn, Kirsten bet 4,000, and Solomon again called.

The river was the 8♦ and Kirsten fired out 11,000, before Solomon raised him all in for a total of 21,000. Kirsten quickly called and tabled 5♦4♦ for a straight. But Solomon showed down 10♠9♠ for the nut straight and eliminated Kirsten from the tournament.

Joseph Cashen raised to 1,200 in the hijack, Ting Luo flatted in the cutoff, and Venkat Adusumalli called on the button.

The flop came K♥4♠A♣, Cashen checked, Luo bet 1,700, Adusumalli folded, and Cashen called.

On the 6♦ turn, Cashen check-called a bet of 2,400 from Luo, bringing the 5♦ river.

Cashen check-called again, this time for 5,100. Luo tabled the winner with A♠J♦ for a pair of aces, besting the pocket tens of Cashen.

"Good hand, I really didn't believe you," said Cashen, as the pot was pushed to Luo.

Saleem check-called bets of 1,000 from Fenwick after the 6♦3♦8♠ flop, and J♦ turn.

After the 3♥ on the river, Fenwick bet out 5,000. Saleem thought over his decision before eventually finding a fold and giving the pot to Fenwick.

Corey Zarnoch raised to 800 from under the gun, getting calls from the players in middle position, the hijack, and the button. Melanie Hennigan then three-bet to 6,000 in the small blind, and only Zarnoch called.

The flop came Q♠4♠6♥ and Hennigan continued with a bet of 7,500, resulting in a fold from Zarnoch.

"Queens," said Hennigan, as she started stacking her chips.

"You had pocket queens?" asked Zarnoch. Hennigan nodded her head yes and replied "What did you have?"

"Not pocket queens," responded Zarnoch, getting laughs from the players at the table.
