Pardon the Interruption
Tom Middleton raised to 2,000 from under the gun and then action moved around the table the Matt Woodward. He was on the button and reraised to 5,500. After the blinds folded, Middleton made the call, but not before hearing his name called over the PA system. He was then delivered Barry Greenstein's book Ace On the River. Middleton was the player who busted Greenstein, but the Robin Hood of Poker was a little late in getting him the autographed book he always gives the player who eliminates him.
The flop came down and Middleton checked. Woodward fired 8,000 and Middleton folded. That pot allowed Woodward to improve to 125,000.
