Terry Releases Aces
Terry's opponent, Travis Klein, check-raised all in for about 450,000. Terry did not look pleased by this turn. He puzzled things out for about thirty seconds.
"These can't possibly be good," he said, flashing . He mucked.
"I would pay you a lot of money to show a bluff," table mate Jonathan Aguair said to Klein. Klein chose to muck his cards as he raked in the pot.
Chip leader Vanessa Selbst, who joined the table just prior to the start of the hand, looked over at Terry in surprise after he folded. "Is it that easy to get you off aces?" she asked.
"I probably wouldn't fold them to you," Terry replied. He preserved his stack at 285,000.
