Another Setup Flop Ends in a Whimper

Alexandru Cinca bet 100,000 from under the gun on a flop of 
before Boris Angelov raised to 300,000 in the small blind.
Cinca took his time before calling as the 
fell on the turn. Both players checked to the 
river.
Angelov checked again and Cinca checked behind. Angelov turned over 
for a flopped straight as Cinca flashed 
for top set on the flop.
Cinca gave himself a pat on the back after escaping from that cooler relatively unscathed. "I almost put it in," he said. "How do you flop a straight? Professional," he added.
