Hallay Can't Get Moreno to Bet

Axel Hallay raised to 3,000 from under the gun with only Francisco Perez Moreno calling from the hijack.
The two players saw the dealer put out a flop of 10♠7♥6♠. Hallay checked, and Moreno slid out a bet of 3,000. Hallay threw in the call.
Hallay knuckled the table again when the flush completing 3♠ hit the turn. Moreno bet 5,500, which Hallay called.
The 3♦ came on the river and Hallay checked. Moreno pondered briefly before checking behind. It turned out to be a good check back by Moreno as Hallay flipped up A♠K♠ for the ace-high flush.
