Ettore Cuzzone three-bet to 110,000 on the button before Ivan Zabiiakin came back with a four-bet to 260,000 in the cutoff. Cuzzone called and they went heads-up to the 4♠2♥J♣ flop.
Zabiiakin bet another 160,000 and Cuzzone called. The turn came the A♠ and Zabiiakin bet 90,000. Cuzzone immediately raised enough to put Zabiiakin all in.
Zabiiakin, with around 160,000 remaining, tanked for several minutes before tossing Q♥Q♦ into the muck. Cuzzone showed 8♠7♣ as he took the massive pot.
"Bravo, Italia," a tablemate said as Cuzzone received a round of fist bumps from around the table.
