“No deuce,” asked both players, smiling. The dealer revealed a 7♣ first on the flop, and then the 2♦ with the 9♦. There was a deuce. But nothing to worry Livshitz, who bet 9,000. Next to him, Guimond bet and raised to 31,000, and made Livshitz fold.
Thanks to this pot, Florian Guimond increased his stack to 1,200,000 chips. He is one of the chipleaders before the break.
