Dmitry Yurasov opened to 250,000 from the cutoff and Nuno Correia three-bet to 850,000 from the button, leaving just 30,000 behind. Yurasov moved all in with a covering stack and Correia flicked in his last 30,000 to put himself at risk.

Correia made a pair on the 7♥6♣5♣ flop but was had to dodge a plethora of outs from Yurasov in the form of two overcards, a flush draw and a gutshot straight draw. Yurasov drilled the straight on the 8♠ turn leaving Correia drawing dead. After the J♥ river was dealt Correia made his exit from the tournament area while Yurasov continued to accumulate chips.
