After over 90 minutes of heads up play, Dean Joe emerged as the victor in Event #5: Limit Horse "Deeper' Stack Turbo and took home, $3,049.
Joe and Alan Morgan agreed upon a money chop heads up after about 30 minutes of heads up play but wanted to play it out for the title and clip. Play would continue for another hour before Joe finally was able to finish off Morgan after nearly doing the trick multiple times before.
PokerNews will pick up coverage of the Lone Star Poker Series tomorrow with the Limit Omaha 8 Championship, which begins at 11 a.m. local time.

Limit HORSE "Deeper" Stack Turbo is now on break with fourteen players left out of 28 entries.

Event 4: Main Monday Double Stack Turbo has come to an end after about six hours of play.
The field of 29 was conquered by Giovanni Musachio who took home the win for $3,300 in a chop with Jonathon Ajlouny and John Conn.

Some 29 total entries entered Event #4: Manic Monday Double Stack Turbo and just eight remain.
The top four spots will be paid: $4,000 for 1st, $2,700 for 2nd, $1,900 for 3rd and $1,400 for 4th place.
Scott Sanford has won Event #3: NLH Senior's Event after a heads up chop, besting the field of 27 to win $3,500 in nearly eight hours of play.
Five-handed play was quite the battle, as it lasted for well over an hour as the players battled for the better payouts, with Sanford eventually chopping heads up with KC Panjwani.

One of the coolest features of the Lone Star Poker Series is the ability for players to win customized LSPS plaques to commemorate their victory.
The $1,300 buy-in Inaugural Texas State $1 Million Guaranteed Main Event will reward a silver belt buckle for the winner.
One belt buckle has already been awarded, with Gerald Stogner's victory in the $400 buy-in, $150K GTD Spring Series Kick Off last night.
The next to be awarded will be to the winner of Event 6: $500 Limit Omaha 8 Championship, which begins tomorrow at 11 a.m. local time.
Event 4 is well underway with 19 entries so far at the first break of the day.
This is a turbo event with 20-minute levels and registration is open until the start of Level 10. A $400 buy in is worth a 40,000 starting stack.
