We thought we we're going to be combining tables at ten, but as one elimination occurred at Table 1, another hand developed on Table 2. It began whenJulian Menendez opened for 80,000 under the gun only to have Carlos Ponce move all in from the button for about 600,000 total. When action was on Jonathan Monsalves in the blind, he moved all in over the top!
Menendez got out of the way, leaving Ponce and Monsalves to do battle for the approximately 1.3 million pot.
Showdown
Monsalves:
Ponce:
It was a cooler for Ponce, no doubt about it. All he could do was shake his head as the dealer put out the on the flop, followed by the turn. "King," Ponce shouted as if trying to will the river. Unfortunately for him, it was all in vain as the bricked.
Ponce became our 10th-place finisher, bringing us to the official final table, with Monsalves leading the pack. Meanwhile, the tournament is on a short break as the players combine tables and a ceremony is held.

Players are now on a 15-minute break, though there is an all-in situation going on at the moment. We'll have the details on that shortly.
Aftern Julian Menendez opened for 75,000 under the gun, Stuart McDonald three-bet to 165,000 from the button. The small blind got out of the way, and then Marta Ramírez shoved all in for 400,000 total. It was enough to get Menendez out of the hand and put the press back on McDonald, who rose from his chair to contemplate the call.
As he was thinking, another player at the table called clock, which didn't sit too well with McDonald; nonetheless, he made the call.
Showdown
Ramírez:
McDonald:
The Australian seemed pleased that he was in a race situation, and he pumped his fist when the flop came down , giving him a pair of tens and the lead. Ramírez was on her feet and seemed to know her elimination was inevitable. The turn brought her one step close, while the river sealed her fate.
Ramírez became our 13th place finisher while McDonald chipped up to 1.5 million.
