We walked up to Andre Akkari's table to see him putting out 6,700 chips on a preflop four- or five-bet. The man in the big blind came along with the call, and it was heads up with a big pot brewing.

The flop rolled out {9-Spades} {10-Clubs} {2-Hearts}, and the big blind checked. Akkari continued out with a small bet of 4,500. His opponent asked for a count on the remainder (about 17,000) before moving all in. Akkari shrugged, nodded slowly, and made the call to put himself at risk.
