Tark Abboud got things started with a raise to 6,200 from the cutoff seat. Carter Gill folded the button, but both Joel Micka and Michael Collins called from the blinds.

. The blinds checked it over to the raiser, and Abboud continued out with 10,500 chips. "I raise," said Micka quietly, without moving. After a momentary pause, he reached for 23,000 chips and flipped them into the pot. Collins folded, and action was back on Abboud. He thought for just a minute before moving all in, and Micka instantly called him.
