Levi Picks One Off

David Levi opened the action with a raise to 8,000 from early position and received a call from the player on his left. Action then folded around to Johnathan Dempsey, who was on the button and called.

The three saw a flop of and all three players checked. The turn came and Levi bet 11,000. The player on his left called and Dempsey folded.

The river fell and Levi checked. His opponent bet 18,000 and he quickly dropped in a chip to call, looking over to see what his opponent would have.

The player did not move; neither did Levi. Eventually was tabled and Levi responded by showing , taking down the pot with top two pair to bring him to a stack of around 147,000.
