Meglich Puts Pedal To the Metal

and Robert Meglich bet 1,300 from middle position. Mike Itoafa was in the hijack and called before the player on the button raised to 3,00. Meglich put out a three-bet to 8,000 and got a fold from Itoafa and a call from the player on the button.
The turn came 
and Meglich continued, firing another 10,000 into the middle. The player on the button called.
The river fell 
and Meglich went all in for about 7,800. His opponent went into the tank for about 90 seconds, thinking about the decision as he counted the 10,000 or so that was remaining in his stack. With a shake of the head, the player on the button put his chips back down and slid his cards forward to the muck, resulting in a won pot for Meglich before showdown.
