Yingling Down, But Not Out
David Yingling just doubled up a player who calls himself "The Cicero Kid."
Three players saw the flop of and all three checked. The turn was the and Yingling led for 8,500. Immediately, almost before the Yingling put any of his chips in the pot, "kid" shoved all in and voluntarily counted out his chips.
"It's fifteen five fifty, so no one has to ask how much it is." said the Kid.
"How much is it?" someone immediately asked.
"Fifteen five fifty," the Kid repeated.
The player between the two folded and Yingling called. Yingling had pocket jacks, for an over pair.
"I got three four, don't pair the board," said the Kid.
The river did not pair the board and the Kid would double up. Yingling was left with a little more than ten big blinds with the next level starting soon.
