Todd Kussman had just lost a pot, when he mentioned that he should have won it. His point was affirmed by his neighbor, who pointed out to the dealer that the that Kussman had should have won the pot.
The dealer called over the floorperson and the table recalled that the board was , which would give Kussman two pair with a six. His opponent, who was already awarded the pot, had and would not be the winner if that board was correct.
The floor confirmed the board, and the table mostly agreed that was the board. Then they worked through the betting action to figure out the size of the pot. The total came out to 3,400 and Kussman's opponent handed him 3,400.
