The hand in question saw Joseph Cheong all in preflop holding against the of Wu. Cheong was all in for just 580,000 after losing the majority of his stack during the first level. Wu said he wanted to run it twice after the turn card had been dealt on a and was seriously asking Cheong if he was interested.
Before Cheong could answer, the dealer had flipped over the river and Wu was not happy. Wu even called the floor over, at which point it was explained to Wu that you can't run it twice in a tournament, only in a cash game.
Following the safe river, Cheong had doubled up to around 1 million in chips.
