Minnesotan Roy Winkelman mentioned he made his first royal flush just a short time ago. He held and the board ran out to leave him with the best hand in poker, although it didn't command a particularly large pot as it occurred in the early stages of the tournament.

Winkelman hopes it's a sign of more good fortune to come as he attempts to run up his stack into a top twenty finish to claim a poker package.
