We're now on a 20-minute break as the floor staff have to color up the 100 chips. There are 249 players left, only 239 will get paid.
As we approached the table, the dealer was already counting Philippe D'Auteuil's stack and Randal Flowers' hand was already mucked.
The table had on it, and one open hand: .
"Ace ten was about the best hand you could see" said one of the players on the table, implying that D'Auteuil's set went all in on the flop against top two. "Ace x would have been better," laughed Flowers "Sweating four outs twice..."
D'Auteuil, known online as "takechip" has almost 280,000, Flowers had just over 150,000 left.

Scott Seiver had words with Andreas Samuelsson at the start of the day about his decision time and they recently tangled in a couple of hands.
Seiver raised to 7,000 and Samuelsson called in the big blind. The flop was and Samuelsson check-called a 8,000 bet from Seiver. The turn card was the and Samuelsson checked it over to Seiver who continued for 17,000. Thirty seconds or so went by before Samuelsson let it go.
On the next hand Seiver was under the gun and opened again getting called by Samuelsson in the small blind and the player in the big blind. The flop was and it was checked to Seiver who bet 9,000. Samuelsson it was who made the call and they went heads-up to the turn card . Now both players checked.
The river was the and Samuelsson checked for a final time. Siever eyed him up and splashed out a stack of blue T5000 chips for a bet of a little over 100,000, about half of Samuelsson’s stack. Around two minutes ticked by but there was no sign of Seiver calling the clock. Samuelsson released his hand and a watching player called out, “Nice bluff sir.” “Thank you, thank you.” Seiver grinned in return.

We missed the precise pre flop action, but we're pretty sure that Pfutzenreuter had opened from the hijack, and Martijn Ardon had three bet from the big blind. Pfutzenreuter then called, and they saw a flop heads up.
We picked up the action here, and saw Ardon bet out 16,500 on . Pfutzenreuter made the call pretty quickly.
The turn came the and Ardon checked. Pfutzenreuter checked behind, and the river came the .
Ardon: "All in"
Pfutzenreuter: "Call"
It all went so quick.
Ardon rolled his eyes a little when he saw how fast his opponent called his shove. Ardon tabled for not much of anything, and Pfutzenreuter showed for the nuts.
The dealer counted Pfutzenreuter's stack first (82,500), but despite having a whole lot of (small denomination) chips, the Dutchman had about 15,000 less than his German opponent and was eliminated.
"Nice hand" said Ardon before he made his way to the rail.

Team PokerStars Pro Liv Boeree has been a regular on the EPT for many years, but we want to know what her first one was. Boeree's not sure what the first one was, but for the quality of the story we're going with EPT San Remo, the tournament she managed to win for €1,250,000.
Dutchman Marijn van Puffelen, who cashed in the WSOP Main Event this year (686th for $18,406), just won a sizable pot from his neighbor Yoni Izhak.
Izhak opened the button to 6,500, and Van Puffelen in the small blind three bet to 17,000. Yurasov in the big blind thought for some time, but eventually folded - Izhak instantly called.
Both players checked on , and the fell on the turn. Van Puffelen bet out 12,000 and again the instant call followed.
The river came the and Van Puffelen bet out 17,000. Izhak didn't call instantly this time, but he didn't take long either to commit the 17,000. "Jacks" said van Puffelen before showing . It was good, as Izhak mucked.
