Nitsche Short

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

On a {J-}{6-}{8-}{2-} board, Dominik Nitsche called the all in for 107,500 shove from Hassan Fares. Nitsche had pocket queens, but that hand was no good as the Frenchman showed a set of sixes. The {J-} on the river wasn't the paint Nitsche was looking for, and he was knocked down to 13,000.

The next hand Craig McCorkell opened under the gun to 11,000, and Hassan Fares called. Dominik Nitsche shoved for his 13,000, and both McCorkell and Fares made the call.

Fares and McCorkell checked the entire {K-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{3-Spades} board, and Nitsche said he had a set, and showed {J-Spades}{J-Clubs}. McCorkell had {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and Fares showed {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}. Triple for Nitsche, but he's still short.
