Michael Durrer was crippled in a hand against Trond Eidsvig in which he ran his A-Q offsuit into Trond Eidsvig's pocket queens. That hand left him with just 20,000 in chips, which he shoved all in on the very next hand from under the gun.

The action folded around to Annette Obrestad on the button, and she reraised, making it 50,000 to go. Both blinds folded and the pair were heads-up to the flop:
