Alan lost half his stack when Gunnar Rabe moved all in on a flop, which forced Alan to fold after committing 20,000 of his chips pre-flop. After this hand, he was left with just 30,000 in chips.
He then picked up a couple of hands later but Julian Thew spiked an ace holding after all the chips went in pre-flop.
With 14,000 in the pot pre-flop, the board reads and Alan Smurfit moves all in against Denes Tamas Kalo. After a dwell, Kalo folds and Alan is up to 65,000 in chips.
