Anton Bergstrom opened the button and Pedro Marques three-bet out of the small blind. Bergstrom called and the two players went to a flop with 1,080,000 in the pot.
Marques bet 375,000 on the 10♠3♠6♥ flop, which Bergstrom called,
Marques checked the 8♦ turn and Bergstrom fired out a bet of 725,000. Marques made the call.
The J♥ river checked through and Bergstrom took down the pot with K♣10♣ for a pair of tens. Marques mucked K♠8♠ for a flopped flush draw that turned into a pair of eights.
Pedro Marques raised to 120,000 from the cutoff before Joshua McSwiney three-bet to 580,000 from the small blind with just 580,000 remaining. When it folded back to Marquez he shoved to put McSwiney all in. McSwiney called and the cards were flipped over.
Joshua McSwiney: A♠J♥
Pedro Marques: A♥Q♠
McSwiney was dominated by Marques and needed to find a jack or he would be the first elimination of Day 5. The flop of K♠Q♦9♣ gave Marquez a pair of queens, but McSwiney picked up a straight draw. The 4♦ turn didn't change anything, and when the J♦ came on the river, McSwiney was sent to the rail.
Sylwia Studniarz raised to 175,000 from early position with Pedro Marques defending out of the big blind.
Marques check-called a bet of 100,000 from Studniarz on the K♣J♥6♥ flop.
The 3♠ turn and A♥ river checked through and Studniarz flipped over A♠Q♣ for a rivered pair of aces to win the pot. Marques mucked K♦Q♥ and the pot went over to Studniarz.
Siarhei Alontsau has had a rough orbit and lost three hands in a row, which did some damage to his stack.
First, Alontsau raised from under the gun to 100,000 and got called by Barak Oz in the next seat, Siegfried Kapeller in the cutoff, and Tjenno Eskes on the button.
They went to a flop of Q♠2♣6♣ where Alontsau checked, Oz bet 215,000, Kapeller folded, Eskes called, and Alontsau folded.
On the 8♥ turn, Oz check-folded to Eskes' bet of 550,000.
In the next hand, Eskes raised the cutoff to 100,000 and Alontsau called out of the big blind.
On the Q♠8♦7♣ flop, Alontsau check-called a bet of 85,000 from Eskes to the 8♥ turn, which went check-check.
A 4♥ dropped on the river and Alontsau check-called a bet of 225,000 from Eskes, then mucked when he saw his opponent's K♥Q♥ for top pair.
Finally, Dimitrios Gkatzas raised to 100,000 early position and Kapeller called in middle position. Alontsau also called from the small blind.
On the 8♠5♣Q♦ flop, it checked to Kapeller, who fired 130,000. Only Alontsau called to the 8♣ turn, which checked through.
A 5♠ on the river double-paired the board, and Alontsau fired out 150,000. After some consideration, Kapeller called. Alontsau showed 10♣10♠, but he was beaten by the K♣Q♣ of Kapeller.
Georgios Vrakas raised to 100,000 from the button with only Anton Bergstrom calling out of the big blind.
After Bergstrom checked the 8♥A♠4♠ flop, Vrakas bet 100,000 and was met by a check-raise to 275,000 by Bergstrom. Vrakas called to see a turn.
The flush completing Q♠ hit the turn and Bergstrom continued with a bet of 225,000. Vrakas called again.
A 5♥ came on the river and Bergstrom bet 175,000. Vrakas burned through one of his time bank cards before making the call. Bergstrom turned over the winner with 8♠4♥ for a flopped two pair. Vrakas mucked A♦10♠ for a pair of aces, and the pot was pushed to Bergstrom
Barak Oz made it 105,000 to go from the hijack and Siegfried Kapeller called out of the small blind.
On the 9♦5♠8♣ flop, both players checked to the 8♥ turn where Kapeller led out for a big bet of 350,00. Oz called.
A 4♣ fell on the river and again Kapeller kept with the theme of big bets and fired out 1,400,000. Oz threw in a timebank, followed by another, before he eventually laid his hand down.

Portugal’s Pedro Marques sits comfortably in sixth position with 3,970,000 chips. With over $4.7 million in live tournament earnings, Marques is no stranger to playing under the lights for enormous sums of money. His impressive resume includes a career-best score of $1,251,000, which came less than two years ago, two EPT titles, and a fifth-place finish at the EPT Barcelona Main Event in 2018. As he sets his sights on the final day, Marques is undoubtedly one to watch.
Sylwia Studniarz of Poland has the chance to make history at EPT Prague. Despite sitting near the bottom of the pack with a stack of 1,160,000, she is the last woman standing and could become only the fifth female EPT Main Event winner.
The day begins with 47 minutes remaining in Level 26 with blinds of 25,000/50,000 and a big blind ante 50,000. The plan today is to thin the field down to the final six players. The 16 returning today have secured a payday of at least €47,250, but a seat at the final table will guarantee them €137,900.
