Johnson Misclicks
Level 5
: Blinds 200/500, 500 ante
With 4,000 chips in the middle on a 7♠J♣K♣ flop, Keith Johnson had checked from the hijack and Andreas Berggren fired 1,600 from the button. Johnson then put 2,600, which was supposed to be a call, but had to be deemed a min-raise as it was over half the value of the bet he was facing. Berggren then called the 3,200.
An A♣ on the turn went check-check and the K♦ river saw Johnson check again, then Berggren fired 6,200. Johnson was thinking for a while, but eventually settled on a fold, and Berggren was pushed the pot.
Johnson was left with just 500 chips at the end of Day 1a after losing a pot in the last hand of the day. However, he was allowed to forfeit that stack and bought in again on Day 1b.
