Runcan led out for 300,000 on the 8♣J♥10♠ flop, which Marques called.

Runcan didn't slow down on the J♠ turn as he fired a second barrel of 650,000. Marques called again.

The two players checked the 10♦ river and Runcan showed 5♥4♦ which meant he was playing the board. Marques flipped over A♥7♠ for ace-high, and the pot was pushed to him.

Jaehyung Park raised 500,000 on the button holding J♣10♣ and Pedro Marques three-bet to 1,750,000 from the big blind with Q♠Q♦. Park called.

The flop fell 3♥10♥K♠ and Marques continued with a bet of 425,000. Park called to see the J♦ land on the turn. Marques checked and Park shoved for 4,075,000. Marques only had 4,950,000 remaining in his stack, and after debating over the decision for around two minutes, Marques tossed his hand into the muck.

The K♠10♣K♥ flop checked through for the Q♥ to land on the turn. Marques led out for 375,000 and was met by a raise to 1,375,000 by Park. Marques burned through one of his time bank cards before he opted to fold and surrender the pot to Park.

The board-pairing K♠ turn saw both players check to see the 4♣ land on the river. Runcan bet 200,000 and was met by a raise to 1,000,000 by Marques. Runcan snap-folded and forfeited the pot to Marques.

When it folded to Pedro Marques on the button, he shoved with a stack that covered both Barak Oz and Jaehyung Park in the blinds. Oz was the shortest stack at the table, and after looking at his cards, he made the call for his remaining 2,750,000. Park folded and the cards were revealed.

Oz was marginally ahead and needed the dealer to give him a safe runout to double-up.

However, the dealer fanned out a flop of 6♠Q♣8♣ to put Marques in the lead with a pair of eights. The K♦ on the turn meant only an ace on the river could save Oz from elimination. The 6♣ dropped on the river to give Marques the winner, and Oz was sent to the rail just shy of a podium finish.

Paul Runcan raised to 400,000 from under the gun holding A♠K♥. Barak Oz called from the small blind with A♣10♠ and Jaehyung Park defended ut of the big blind with 8♥5♥.

The 4♣Q♥10♦ flop checked around for the 5♦ to fall on the turn. Oz checked and Park fired a bet of 675,000. Runcan quickly folded, but Oz thought about it for a while before he reluctantly folded and surrendered the pot to Park.

It was a flip that Bergstrom needed to win to have a chance of becoming the only three-time EPT Champion.

The 9♠K♦9♦ flop gave Bergstrom a few more outs to stay alive. The 2♥ turn was a complete brick, and after the 8♠ dropped on the river Bergstrom was out in fifth, and it guaranteed a new EPT Main Champion will be crowned.
