Around 4,000 was in the middle on a flop of K♦8♦6♠, and Mohamed Iche in the big blind checked to Dmytro Nikolaiev in the cutoff.
Nikolaiev fired out a bet of 2,500, only to be faced with a check-jam to 12,100 from Iche. Nikolaiev spent quite a bit of time pondering his decision, staring off into the distance in the direction of the main event clock, but eventually he sent his hand to the dealer.
Action was picked up on the turn of 6♣K♥8♣2♠ with around 15,000 in the pot. Yiannis Liperis bet 5,600 from the big blind. Marcel Baskharon called on the button.
Liperis then led all in on the J♠ river and before the chips could be counted Baskharon had called. He showed K♠J♦ for two pair which bested Liperis's A♦2♥.
The very next hand. Claudio Checchi opened from early position to 800. Marius-Catalin Pertea raised to 2,500 from middle position. Liperis moved all in from the small blind for his final 300 chips. Checchi called Pertea's raise.
He checked the Q♠8♠J♥ flop to Pertea who bet 2,500. Checchi called. He check-called again on the 8♦ turn, this time a bet of 4,000. He check-folded the 2♠ river to a bet of 5,500. Liperis was eliminated as his 10♦6♠ couldn't beat the A♦Q♦ of Pertea.
PokerStars has announced the first three European Poker Tour (EPT) stops on its highly anticipated 2025 schedule, with the iconic tournaments returning to EPT Paris, EPT Monte-Carlo, and EPT Barcelona.
This announcement follows another successful year for the tour, including a memorable celebration of EPT’s 20th anniversary in 2024. As excitement builds, PokerStars has confirmed more events are yet to be revealed.

To secure a spot in EPT Paris, online satellites are already live. Players can win a €8,000 package that includes a €5,300 EPT Main Event buy-in, eight nights’ accommodation at the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile, and expenses. Additionally, players can win a €3,300 package to the France Poker Series Main Event, which includes a €1,100 buy-in, seven nights’ accommodation, and expenses.
Three-way in a limped pot, Antoine Labat in the small blind, Kemal Aslan in the big blind and Andrey Andreev in middle position all agreed on a bet of 400 on the 4♣8♣9♦.
On the 9♣ turn, Labat bet 600 and was called twice, but he checked the 5♥ river. Aslan checked as well, but Andreev bet 3,000.
Labat folded, but Aslan eventually called. Andreev flipped over 6♣5♣ for a flush and scooped the pot.
Atilla Saracoglu opened from the button to 700. Joachim Meisolle called in the big blind.
He led the 5♦9♥6♣ flop for 1,200. Saracoglu called. He then led again for 1,200 on the 8♣ turn. Saracoglu raised to 6,200. Meisolle then three-bet all in. Saracoglu called.

Meisolle was drawing dead and the A♦ river changed nothing. He was left with around 10,000 and was eliminated shortly after.
After the player under the gun opened to 700, Vladimir Heinich in the hijack three-bet to 1,800. Ruslan Zainullin on the button four-bet to 4,200 and made the under-the-gun player fold. Heinich however called.
The dealer fanned a flop of 2♠5♣7♣ where Zainullin continued for 5,500. Heinich, who checked, looked at his cards and folded.
Andrii Nikitin opened to 600 from early position, and received a call from Loic Debregeas in middle position.
On the 8♣5♦2♥ flop, Nikitin continued with a bet of 900, and Debregeas stuck around.
The 9♠ hit on the turn, and Nikitin fired again, sliding out a bet of 3,000. Debregeas again called.
The A♥ river slowed Nikitin down and he checked. Debregeas took a bit of time before jamming for22,000 into the 9,000 pot. Nikitin was pained, looking slightly perplexed by the move, and after about two minutes he eventually let his hand go.
Action was picked up on the flop of K♦K♣9♥. Nikolai Mamut bet 500 from the hijack. Halil Coknez called from the cutoff.
Mamut barrelled again on the 3♠, this time for 2,500. Coknez called again. Mamut then sized up to a bet of 8,000 on th J♥ river. Coknez tanked for a bit before calling. Coknez showed A♦Q♦ but was bested by Mamut's straight with Q♠10♠.
