Boi Doubles Through Rahman

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Salvatore Boi
Salvatore Boi

With around 5,000 chips in the pot on a board of 447Q, Salvatore Boi checked and Muhibur Rahman bet 3,500. Christian Baumdicker called, then Boi made it 25,000. Rahman then shoved his stack of almost 200,000 into the middle, which got Baumdicker to fold after a while. Boi, however, did the opposite and immediately called off his stack of almost 58,000.

Salvatore Boi: 104 All in
Muhibur Rahman: 42

Both players had turned trips but it was the kicker of Boi that was playing with one card to come. There were some chop opportunities for Rahman to find, but the 10 river wasn't one of them as Boi made a full house and doubled up.

Adinolfo Turns Straight to Bust Suarez

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Alessandro Adinolfo
Alessandro Adinolfo

Alessandro Adinolfo had produced a three-bet to 15,500 from the big blind over an open from Anton Suarez and two calls. Suarez four-bet jammed for 41,500 and Adinolfo called after the other players departed the scene.

Anton Suarez: JJ All in
Alessandro Adinolfo: 65

Suarez seemed in good shape, but the K87 flop spelt danger, giving Adinolfo an up and draw draw.

The 9 rolled off on the turn to leave Suarez drawing to a ten, and it did not arrive on the 7 river.

Degen Busts Betrix

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Jonas Degen
Jonas Degen

Manoe Betrix was all-in for 18,000 and at risk versus Jonas Degen.

Manoe Betrix: 99 All in
Jonas Degen: AK

Betrix didn't seem confident when he saw the cards, stating "I'm running bad this year", to which Degen responded "Don't worry, you'll win this one."

The Q62 flop kept Betrix in front but Degen now had the club draw to go with his overcards, and he didn't need to wait long to hit the front after the A turn, with the 3 river improving him to the nut flush.

One-Outer Saves Sellam

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Eureka Main Event
Eureka Main Event

There was a collective shout from Table 37 after a hand involving Burim Mahmudi and Rubens Sellam. The pair had gotten their chips in pre-flop with Sellam all-in and at risk for his last 41,900.

Rubens Sellam: JJ All in
Burim Mahmudi: AA

The flop Q84 took away one of Sellam's outs and the turn 7 meant he needed to hit just one card to stay alive. The J was exactly that card, hitting a one-outer to double up and stay alive in the Eureka Main Event.

Piotr Kanonowicz opened and was three-bet by Francesco Di Profio. Severi Palmu four-bet all in and Sergei Mikhalev five-bet all in.

Kanonowicz and Di Profio also moved all in for what was ultimately an eye-catching four-way all-in.

Severi Palmu: JJ All in
Francesco Di Profio: AA All in
Piotr Kanonowicz: AA All in
Sergei Mikhalev: KK

Pictures were taken and the table murmured as the board ran out 109553 sending Palmu to the rail. Mikhalev sent most of his chips over to Di Profio and Kanonowicz, and was left with just 1,000 chips. He busted shortly thereafter.

Boatman Rivered from Eureka Main Event

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante
Barny Boatman
Barny Boatman

"Do you get a prize or something?" a player at Christos Argyriadis' table asked the Greek player, who had just sent PokerStars Ambassador to the rail. Argyriadis recounted the hand, with him opening to 1,100 and calling a three-bet from Boatman to 3,100 out of the small blind.

Boatman continued for 2,500 on the Qx8x3x flop and Argyriadis called. The turn was a 2x and Boatman bet 5,000. Argyriadis raised to 10,000 and Boatman raised all in for around 25,000. Argyriadis called.

Barny Boatman: 3x2x All in
Christos Argyriadis: AxQx

Boatman was ahead having turned two pair, but the river Ax improved Argyriadis to a better two pair and Boatman was eliminated.

Bezalel Triples Up; Maliuta Busts Pignataro in Side Pot

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Yoni Bezalel three-bet jammed for 13,500 from middle position over an early position open and call, but the action wasn't done there.

Mykola Maliuta was in the next seat, and he cold-called. Luigi Pignataro then produced a three-bet to 28,100 from the cutoff, with the previously active players getting out of the way.

Malitua back-jammed with a stack covering Pignataro, and Pignataro quickly got his stack of around 42,000 into the middle.

Yoni Bezalel: AK All in
Luigi Pignataro: JJ All in
Mykola Maliuta: KK

Bezalel said "I'm live at least" when he saw his opponent's holdings, and the A108 flop put him in front.

The Q turn gave Pignataro one out to the straight, but the A river improved Bezalel further to trip aces. Malitua took a 25,000 side pot to knock out Pignataro, who wished the table well as he departed.

Cowboys for Parkhomchuk

Level 3 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

Eliezer Asherof opened to 600 in early position, and was faced with a three-bet to 1,700 from Bartosz Piesiewicz in the cutoff. Yurii Parkhomchuk cold-called on the button, and Asherof also came along for the ride.

On the J43 flop, Piesiewicz continued with a bet of 1,900, which only Parkhomchuk called.

On the 7 turn, Piesiewicz check-called a bet of 2,700 from his opponent.

The 7 river was checked through. Parkhomchuk tabled KK for two pair kings and sevens, which was good versus Piesiewicz's AJ for the worse two pair.

Piesiewicz chuckled saying "Minimium", thanking Parkhomchuk for letting him off lightly on the river.
