Blouet Flops Nut Straight

Ram Faravash raised to 700 from early position and Raphael Blouet three-bet to 2,400 from the small blind. Faravash called and action went to the flop.

The flop came Q10J. Blouet continued for 1,500 and Farajash moved all in for around 5,000, which Blouet called.

Faravash turned over K10 for a pair and straight draw, while Blouet flipped AK for the flopped nut straight.

The turn came the 4 and river the 9. Blouet held and Faravash was eliminated from the tournament early.

"It's too good to be true," said Blouet as he scooped the pot.

The J river saw Grasu moved all in for 21,400. Whitlow thought for some time before mucking AA face up. Grasu claimed this pot, showing AJ for the nut flush as he did so.

Balogh Drags One on the River

Andras Balogh opened 700 in the cutoff, and both Frederic Delval and Vasileios Panagiotidis came along in the blinds.

All three players checked the 1084 flop, and the J fell on the turn. Delval check-folded to a bet of 1,100 from Panagiotidis, but Balogh made the call.

Action then slowed down as both players opted to check it down on the 9 turn, then again on the J river. Dib showed K3 for a pair of kings and Aragno flipped AA for pocket aces to win a small pot.
