Ilija Savevski opened to 30,000 and called when Jacques Mayer jammed for 133,000 from the cutoff.

Jacques Mayer: A8
Ilija Savevski: AJ

Saveski had the better ace and remained best to oust Mayer after the 973KQ runout.

On a table elsewhere, Moshe Eliyahu was all in for his last 167,000 and was at risk to Georgi Sandev, who reshoved from the small blind.

Moshe Eliyahu: KQ
Georgi Sandev: 77

Eliyahu took the lead on the K53 flop and improved to two pair on the Q turn. However, Sandev hit his two-outer on the 7 river to make a set and seal the bust out. Eliyahu was stunned by the runout and took a few snaps of the board in disbelief before heading to the payout desk.

Cecile Ticherfatine
Cecile Ticherfatine

Cecile Ticherfatine was just seen dragging in a sizeable pot that put her stack at 1,700,000. She briefly recapped the action to PokerNews on how she shot up the counts.

Ticherfatine opened to 40,000 from under the gun and called when Nick Botman made it 90,000 from the button.

Ticherfatine check-called for 80,000 on the A76 flop, which brought in the J turn. She then check-raised to 360,000 over a bet of 120,000 and was called. On the 5 river, Ticherfatine fired out 245,000 and Botman quickly called.

Ticherfatine tabled JJ for a set of jacks, prompting Botman to muck.

Two hands later, she began dragging more chips in her direction after winning a three-handed pot. In a single raised pot on the 10862 board, Ticherfatine bet 60,000 which folded out her two opponents.
