Sheth Gets There Against Salas
Level 12
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
PokerNews just reached the table as Ravi Sheth and Damian Salas were battling in a hand.
Stefan Dimitrov recapped the preflop, flop and turn action.
Sheth raised to a standard sizing from early position and Salas called from the small blind. Salas check-called a bet of around 25 percent of the pot on the J♣6♥5♠ flop before the Q♠ turn checked through to the 5♦ river.
Salas led out for 13,000 and then went deep into the tank when Sheth shoved for 72,500. After a few moments, Simon Wiciak called the clock and Salas, who covered by around 37,000, called.
Sheth proudly tabled his A♣5♣ for rivered trips, which bested Salas' Q♦J♥.
