Chaoui Survives an All In, Vaskaboinikau Gets a Shove Through

Level 15 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Mehdi Chaoui raised to 250,000 in early position, leaving himself 90,000 behind, as action folded to Daniel Rezaei in the small blind. He moved all in and Chaoui tossed in his last chips.

Daniel Rezaei: AQ

Both players showed down ace-queen and split the pot after the board ran out J9257.

"You scare me when you looked at your hand. I thought it was aces," Chaoui said.

"I bet they weren't happy to see ace-queen there," Rezaei added.

A few hands later, Roman Hrabec raised to 50,000 in early position and Mikalai Vaskaboinikau moved all in for 860,000 in the hijack. Hrabec tanked for only a few seconds before folding. "No gamble?" Chaoui said to him.
