Philip Joyce thought it was a break after handing over most of his chips to Anton Kraous, but tournament officials put a minute back on the clock and the table played one more hand. "They're trying to get rid of me," Joyce joked.
Andriy Lyubovetskiy then raised to 120,000 on the button and Joyce stuck in his last chips from the small blind. Mikhail Shalamov also came along from the big blind.
Shalamov and Lyubovetskiy checked the J♦6♥4♥ flop and the 2♠ fell on the turn. Shalamov then bet 125,000 and Lyubovetskiy folded.
Joyce showed A♥5♠, while Shalamov had J♠4♣ for two pair. The river was the 9♥ and Joyce was sent to the rail in 12th place.
