Zabiiakin Gets Value From Cappellesso; Sootla Sends Out Kuznetsov

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Ivan Zabiiakin raised to 24,000 in early position and Nicola Cappellesso called in the big blind.

The flop came 1084 and Zabiiakin bet 30,000. Cappellesso called and the 9 turn was checked through to the Q river.

Zabiiakin then bet 80,000 and Cappellesso snap-called, only for Zabiiakin to show AJ for a straight to win the pot.

A few hands earlier at this table, Nikita Kuznetsov got his short stack in with 65 from the big blind on a board of 876J8, but Ranno Sootla in early position had AJ for top pair and Kuznetsov, who made the final table of this event last year, had his tournament come to an end short of replicating that run this year.
