Zubov Gets Paid by Lasouski Heading to Dinner

Level 12 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Ren Lin raised to 24,000 in middle position and Artsiom Lasouski three-bet to 75,000 in the hijack. Lewis Spencer then four-bet to 126,000 on the button and both Lin and Lasouski folded.

"Nice try," Lin told Lasouski.

"He's Belarussian, so he should play good," tablemate Ivan Bryksin said.

"Good looking, too," Lin said.

"Must be nice to be young and rich," Bryksin added.

Lasouski raised again the next hand, making it 25,000 from middle position. Alexander Zubov three-bet to 75,000 in the small blind and Lasouski called.

The flop came 754 and Zubov bet 60,000. Lasouski called and both players checked the 6 turn. The river was the 6 and Zubov bet 70,000.

Lasouski quickly called, then mucked when Zubov turned over JJ as both players joined the rest of the field on dinner.
