Bobby James raised to 250,000 under the gun. Ibrahim Ghassan called in the hijack, as did Andras Matrai in the big blind. The 8♠6♣8♦ flop checked to Ghassan, who bet 350,000.

Matrai quickly got out of the way but James stuck around and called. The 3♥ turn was then checked by both players before James piled in 850,000 on the 2♣ river, roughly half of his stack.

Ghassan thought for a bit before putting in a call. James sheepishly turned over Q♥J♥ for queen-high. Ghassan had called with 7♠7♣ for two pair and raked in the big pot, leaving James with around seven big blinds.

Andras Matrai raised to 300,000 under the gun and saw Mukhtor Nasiradinov defend in the big blind. Both checked through the 5♣6♦10♣ flop before Matrai bet 250,000 on the K♦ turn.

Nasiradinov check-called to the Q♦ river, where he checked as well. Matrai piled in 750,000 chips. Nasiradinov tanked for a bit and then tossed in a call.

Matrai could only table A♦2♠ for ace-high, which Nasiradinov had outclassed with Q♠6♠ for two pair.
