Flutur Bombs the River

Level 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Nichan Khorchidian raised to 4,000 from the button, the small blind called, as did Mircea Flutur, in the big blind.

The 10K8 flop checked through to the 4 on the turn. The small blind checked and Flutur took the lead for 6,000. Khorchidian called and the small blind folded.

The 7 river saw Flutur over-bet the size of a pot with a healthy wager of 41,000. Khorchidian spent several minutes in the tank before folding. As Flutur raked in the pot, he flashed the 3 to the table.

Ion-Silviu Scobai: KK All in
Hanouadi Del Pino: AQ All in
Hamza Nasir: 99

Ozcan’s All In Forces Ankucic to Surrender the Pot

Level 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

With the pot at around 28,000 and the flop showing 795, Ali Emre Ozcan, first to act, opted to check. Nebojsa Ankucic saw an opening and placed a bet of 11,000, which Ozcan called after some deliberation.

The K appeared on the turn, and Ozcan checked once again. Ankucic continued his aggression with a 20,000 bet, but this time Ozcan responded by moving all in for 64,000. Feeling the pressure, Ankucic chose to muck his cards, handing the sizable pot over to Ozcan.

Ghadamgahi Takes From Pichierri

Level 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Alessandro Pichierri raised to 4,000 from early position and only Parham Ghadamgahi defended out of the big blind.

Both players checked a board of 97955 all the way down to the river before Ghadamgahi bet 6,000. Pichierri thought it over briefly before flicking in the call. Ghadamgahi turned turned over A9 for a full house and Pichierri mucked his hand.

Sediakin Sends Quinn to the Rail

Level 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Edward Quinn
Edward Quinn

Arian Hassankashani opened to 4,000 from under the gun and Andrei Sediakin shoved for 36,500 from the cutoff. Edward Quinn then committed his stack of around 26,500 to the pot from the small blind, which left Hassankashani with a decision. After getting the counts of both stacks, Hassankashani elected to surrender his chance at eliminating two players, and folded.

Edward Quinn: AJ All in
Andrei Sediakin: AQ

Quinn was at risk and needed to come from behind if he wanted to survive. Some help arrived in the shape of a K22 flop as plenty of chop outs were available. The 4 river didn't change too much, and Quinn failed to survive on the 7 river as Sediakin's kicker played.

Sergi Reixach raised to 4,000 from under the gun, Mathieu Di Meglio three-bet to 11,500 on the button and Mohamadou Abilil, in the small blind, cold-called. Reixach also called.

The action checked to Di Meglio, who continued for 5,000 on the 944 flop. Abilil check-raised to 17,000 and Reixach stepped aside. Di Meglio called.

Hand Crushes Volkov’s Nines

Level 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Adi Rajkovic opened the action from middle position with a raise to 4,000, and Fintan Hand, sitting in the hijack, took his shot, shoving all in for his last 25,500. Anton Volkov, in the small blind, followed suit, moving all in as well. That was enough to push Rajkovic out of the hand, leaving Hand and Volkov to battle it out.

Fintan Hand: AJAll in
Anton Volkov: 99

Hand needed some help, and luck was on his side as the flop came J54, giving him top pair. The 6 turn and 3 river didn’t change the outcome, allowing Hand to score a crucial double-up.
