Mohamed Aissaoui open-jammed his button for 6,150,000. Diego Beirigo quickly folded the small blind, but Jorge Pereira spent a few minutes tanking in the big blind.

"Let's gamble," he eventually announced as he called off his stack of 1,875,000 to put himself at risk.

Aissaoui's ace was ahead, and Pereira's outs were diminished as the 2♥5♣8♣ flop gave his opponent a flush draw. The 6♦ turn did little for either player, but the Q♣ river saw Aissaoui hit his flush.

Aissaoui knocked out Pereira from the final table while he chipped up to a near-average stack.

Short-stack Piotr Druzba moved all in from middle position for 1,100,000, and was met with a three-bet to 1,800,000 by Diego Beirigo in the cutoff, forcing out the rest of the table.

Druzba needed some help from the board to survive, but he whiffed the A♦9♥6♥Q♣4♥ runout, Beirigo's pocket tens were good enough to take the pot and make Druzba the first player to depart the final table.

Joao Sydenstricker raised to 875,000 in the hijack before being faced with a three-bet to 5,100,000 from small blind Diego Beirigo.

Sydenstricker counted his chips and thought for a good while. Eventually, he surrendered his cards to the dealer and forfeited the pot to his fellow countryman.

Diego Beirigo limped in form the small blind, after which Jorge Pereira made it 1,000,000 to go in the big blind. Beirigo called and check-called 1,000,000 on the 8♦K♠Q♣ flop as well.

The pair then checked through the A♥ turn and 4♦ river to showdown. Beirigo tabled K♣9♠ for a pair of kings. Pereira flashed Kx before mucking his cards and heading off to dinner.
