Alexandre Fournier raised to 50,000 from the hijack and Piero Alioto three-bet the cutoff to 150,000. Rania Nasreddine then four-bet from the small blind to 500,000. Fournier folded, and Alioto committed his stack of 445,000 to the pot which left him at risk.
