Michel Molenaar Eliminated in 7th Place (€72,000)

Level 20 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Michel Molenaar
Michel Molenaar

Michel Molenaar moved all in for his last 70,000 from the hijack and was called by Artsiom Lasouski in the small blind and Ottomar Ladva in the big blind.

Lasouski check-called a 35,000 bet from Ladva on the 793 flop and then both players checked on the K turn.

The 10 completed the board and Lasouski check-called a 90,000 bet from Ladva, who sheepishly tabled 43 for a pair of treys.

Lasouski held 55, which was best against Molenaar's QJ to eliminate him in seventh place.

Patrik Antonius
Patrik Antonius

Patrik Antonius raised to 65,000 from middle position and just behind him, James Collopy three-bet from the hijack. Action folded back to Antonius, who made it 375,000 to go. Collopy announced he was all in and Antonius quickly called all in for approximately 900,000 total.

James Collopy: AAx

It was the ultimate cooler for Antonius, and the J2825 runout kept Collopy best to eliminate Antonius just shy of the money.

Level 18 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

The stone money bubble has arrived and Mathew Frankland has been applying quite a bit of pressure to the other players.

Frankland has been three-betting and shoving preflop in several hands as of late and no one has given him any resistance thus far. He is the current chip leader with approximately 1,600,000 in chips.

Ladva Busts Petrangelo

Level 18 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Nick Petrangelo raised from the cutoff to 120,000 and got a single call from Ottomar Ladva on the button.

The players went heads up and saw the KQA flop.

Both players checked to the J turn. Ladva sent Petrangelo into the tank by forcing him to call all in for his remaining stack. Petrangelo used a number of time banks to monitor the action on the other table before calling and putting himself at risk.

Ottomar Ladva: AJ

Ladva was sitting comfortably with two pair, and Petrangelo couldn't be saved from elimination.

He left the table as the dealer placed the 8 river card, and the remaining players moved to the nine-handed final table, with only one person to bust before the players reach the money.
