Ding Throws In His Last Chip
Level 22
: Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Biao Ding was down to just one 5,000 chip and tossed it into the middle from under the gun.
"You can make money in two players, €3,000," Malcolm Franchi told him.
"I don't care," Ding replied.
"Did you say you don't care," tablemate Joshua Hopkins added.
Mike Watson then raised to 40,000 in the cutoff and Franchi called in the big blind. Watson bet 25,000 on the Q♠4♣4♦ flop and Franchi called.
Both players checked the 6♦ turn and Franchi bet 110,000 on the 8♠ river. Watson folded and Franchi turned over K♠J♠ for king-high. Ding mucked 5♠2♦ as he headed off to the rail.
