Beltz Comes Out Firing

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Wouter Beltz
Wouter Beltz

In the final hand of the previous level, Wouter Beltz sat down with a fresh stack of 30,000 chips when he open-raised to 300 from the hijack. Thomas Haverstad then made it 1,100 to go from the cutoff, but Beltz four-bet to 3,700 once the action folded back to him.

Haverstad made the call and Beltz continued for 3,500 on the 722 flop. Haverstad called once more and the J was turned.

Beltz sized up to 7,500 and Haverstad thought it over for a minute or so before settling on a fold, surrendering the pot to Beltz.
