The K♠ fell on the river, and Trattou took the lead, dropping six chips across the line for a bet of 6,000. Fernandez responded with a raise to 48,000, causing Trattou to almost jump out of his chair, "Big raise," he said, "You have a full house?"
After ponding for about 20 seconds Trattou made the call.

"Quads, F*** me sideways," Trattou concluded as he pitched his cards into the muck.
