Nguyen and Suarez Split

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Anton Suarez opened to 24,000 from early position, but Christopher Nguyen three-bet to 115,000 from the big blind.

Action back to him, Suarez four-bet to 400,000. Nguyen seemed to have a decision, as he looked at the payouts on the screen. As there was a pay jump between the 27th and the 28th place, he waited a few seconds before moving all-in for approximately 430,000. Suarez took his time too and called.

Christopher Nguyen: AK
Anton Suarez: AK

On a board of 68AK6, both players obviously split the pot and took their chips back.

Marsh Eliminated, Pardo Surpasses One Million

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Luke Marsh
Luke Marsh

The pot stood at approximately 75,000 with two players looking at a board that read 4K510.

Juan Pardo, in the big blind, bet out 90,000. Luke Marsh, in early position, made the call.

The river landed the 5 and Pardo bet enough to put Marsh all in for his remaining 245,000. Marsh went deep into the tank, eventually making the call.

Luke Marsh: A10
Juan Pardo: 54

Pardo's full house was more than enough to send Marsh to the rail.

"Easy game?" a neutral player at the table jokingly remarked as Pardo stacked his chips.

The table then began to discuss the pair's earlier confrontation, during which Pardo admitted he was in fact bluffing.

Saout Wins Three-Way All In, Kasper Busts

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Antoine Saout
Antoine Saout

Henri Kasper raised to 25,000 from early position, which was half of his stack. Fabian Schmidt called in middle position and Antoine Saout moved all in from the small blind for 126,000. Kasper called all in and Schmidt called all in with the biggest stack. The three players flipped their cards.

Henri Kasper: 75
Antoine Saout: 1010
Fabian Schmidt: KQ

The board ran out J9969. Saout made a full house with his pocket pair, nines full of tens. He won the pot to bring his stack up to around 270,000. Schmidt took a big hit and Kasper was eliminated from the tournament.

Tammel Takes the Rest From Lehut

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Jean-Vincent Lehut
Jean-Vincent Lehut

Tarmo Tammel raised to 25,000 in the cutoff before Kubanychbek Abakirov three-bet to 62,000 on the button. Jean-Vincent Lehut stuck in his last 15,000 in the small blind, Tammel reshoved, and Abakirov folded.

Jean-Vincent Lehut: AQ
Tarmo Tammel: AK

"Again," Lehut said upon seeing Tammel's now-familiar holding. The board ran out 45424 and Lehut thought he had earned a chop until the table pointed out that Tammel's king-kicker still played, sending him to the rail.

The remaining 24 players are now drawing for seats at the final three tables.

Newey Tanks With Aces

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Paul Newey raised to 40,000 from under the gun, leaving himself 40,000 more behind the line. Manuel Fischer, in the cutoff, clicked it back to 68,000 and Newey tanked for several minutes, burning through his last time bank slips, before making the call.

The dealer spread the QQ2 and Newey began to think, again before finally committing his last 12,000 into the middle. Fischer snap-called.

Paul Newey: AA
Manuel Fischer: AK

The turn and the river landed the 2 and 4 respectively, ensuring Newey's double up. With the looming pay jump of €3,400, the table was in good spirits about Newey's tactical tanking, as he dragged in the pot.

Sargsyan Gets a Fortunate Triple

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Aram Sargsyan
Aram Sargsyan

Aram Sargsyan moved all in for 144,000 under the gun and Marcelo Manfredini called in the cutoff. Alexander Norden then shoved for 161,000 and Manfredini called again.

Aram Sargsyan: 77
Alexander Norden: QQ
Marcelo Manfredini: 1010

Norden was ahead and poised to take the massive three-way all in until the 97A flop gave Sargsyan a set. The rest of the board came 32 and Sargsyan tripled up, while Norden took the small side pot that left him on an extreme short stack.
